Complete array of weight training equipment – machines and free weight, Cardio machines – treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, upright and recumbent indoor cycles
Adequate floor space for body weight dependent exercise formats like Pilates, Yoga, Flexibility Stretching, Functional Training, Water Fitness, etc.

Very centrally located and close to the World Trade Center Metro station, TRAX is owned and managed by two Indians who are as knowledgeable as they are passionate about Fitness and bodybuilding!
The gym is well equipped with state-of-the-art weight training equipment and cardio machines. It boasts of a huge outdoor area for functional and other training. It also has a swimming pool where we will conduct our Water Fitness & Conditioning programs.
