Certificate Course for PILATES ON MAT Teachers – GURUGRAM

Pilates is a physical fitness method that focuses on –

  • strengthening the core,
  • improving flexibility, and
  • enhancing posture and body alignment.

It involves controlled movements, breathing techniques, and mindful exercises to build strength, balance, and flexibility.

Developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s, he called it Body Contrology. After his death in 1967, it came to be labelled as “Pilates”. Pilates is popular across world. In India, the last five years have seen rapid increase in its popularity.

Here are some of the reasons why you should always start with Matwork, followed by exercises on the Ball before progressing onto the Reformer:

EREPS

Our Pilates On Mat is course accredited Level 4 by European Standards – European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS).

Pilates Matwork together with Ball, Reformer and other Apparatus courses lead to EREPS Level 4 Pilates on Mat and Apparatus trainer certificate:

  • Pilates on Ball – CPD / CEUs clinic – recommended that you do this soo after Mat and before you get onto the Reformer
  • Pilates on Reformer – Teacher program
  • Pilates on Cadillac (Trapeze Tower) – CPD / CEUs clinic
  • Pilates on Wunda Chair – CPD / CEUs clinic
  • Pilates on Ladder Barrel – CPD / CEUs clinic
  • Pilates with Ped-O-Pull – CPD / CEUs clinic
  • Pilates with Magic Circle – CPD / CEUs clinic

Skills India – SPEFL-SC

In India, the Pilates courses are aligned with Skills India / SPEFL-SC NSQF Level 4. To obtain EREPS Level 4 certificate, the student must earn the NSQF Level 4 after a short online examination.

This certificate offers several benefits including –

  • Your name is registered in the Government of India’s National Skills Register
  • If you are in college, you are eligible for course credits
  • Education and business loans are facilitated more easily

REPS UAE

The REPS UAE has pre-approved our courses conducted in the UAE:

  • Pilates on Mat – approved as “entry-level” or professional course
  • Pilates on Reformer – approved as “entry-level” or professional course

REPS UAE has approved our Ball and other Apparatus clinics for CPDs.

We currently conduct our Pilates courses in India, the UAE and Kuwait.

By virtue of EREPS accreditation, our courses are recognized in the UK, European Union and other countries across the Middle East.

A nationally respected Master Trainer in Pilates on at and Ball, she is also a Functional Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Fitness Coach, Fitness & Sports Nutritionist and Model;
