Highfield Level 3 International Award in Emergency First Aid and Use of AED with CPR for all Ages – MUMBAI

This in-person (offline) clinic will introduce fitness, sports and physical education professionals to the all-important subject of rendering first aid to trainees and athletes who may suffer from injuries and / or acute medical conditions.

The clinic will also teach cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automatic external defibrillator (AED) drills.

By knowing First Aid and CPR, fitness trainers can ensure a safer training environment, respond effectively in emergencies, and demonstrate their professionalism and commitment to client well-being.

The course will enable the attendees to be safer and more positive member of their families, communities and organizations.

This course is also approved and certificated through Highfield International (UK) and as such it is accepted on over 50 countries world-wide.

GĀYO Fitness Academy’s FACPR certificate is accepted by fitness education providers in USA and Middle East, as first-time certification earned while in India.

Once abroad, the FACPR responder is advised to hold the Highfield International (UK) FACPR certificate which is accepted internationally, including by REPS UAE, etc.

Our FACPR course leads to the Highfield certification.

The clinic will lead to the following outcomes for the participants.

  • Learn to conduct primary assessment of victim and the emerging situation

Dr Meenakshi

Ms Meenakshi (Highfield Tutor Number: 41180) is trained and approved to present this course.

She is one of India’s most experienced sports physiotherapists with long, extensive experience with India’s international boxers and wrestlers (who have excelled at the world and international levels).

As sports physio, she has rendered FA on many occasions.

Her credentials include –

  • Approved tutorship in Highfield Level 3 International Award in Emergency First Aid and Use of AED with CPR for all Ages (Jan 2023)  certificate course
  • Focus Awards (UK) Level 3 Education and Training certification course.Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degrees in Physiotherapy in Sport, in India
  • Assistant Professorship in a reputed Physiotherapy College in India.
  • Has over 11 years of experience in sports and exercise injuries management at the national and international levels; she has been consultant to the Sports Authority of India for several years.
