Functional Strength Training – MUMBAI

Fitness and sports professionals will receive eight hours of intensive training in the application of Body-Resistance and Weight Training for the general improvement of physical performance in daily life as well as in sport.

Functional Strength Training (FST) is highly relevant for fitness trainers. It focuses on exercises that mimic daily life movements, improving coordination, balance, strength, and overall physical function. A fitness pro, incorporating FST into client programs, can –
