Based in Pen, Ashwini has over 10 years of experience in Personal Training, Strength Training and Bodybuilding.
She has extensive experience in Fitness for Special Populations.
With her Master’s degree and the consequent analytical skills she has acquired, Ashwini is a “thinking” athlete and teacher.
