Garima holds several credentials including –

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Department of Therapies and Health, Sciences, Faridabad Institute of Technology, Faridabad affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Mobilization of the Nervous System, Rehabilitation Techniques etc.
  • Pilates Teacher (Pilates Institute of America / Gayo Fitness Academy).
  • She has attended workshops in TRX suspension training, Power Plate and Kettlebells.

 

EXPERIENCE:

Garima has extensive experience in Pilates teaching, personal / fitness training and clinical physiotherapy
