Functional Range of Motion – GURUGRAM

This is a BLENDED (online + in-person) clinic of 12 will help you master stretching for flexibility and strength. The attendees will be introduced to different Stretching techniques.

Today, Stretching is not only a critical part of fitness exercise but it is also a stand-alone exercise format. In the UAE too, many Stretching studios are getting popular.

Of course, it must not be confused with Yoga or Pilates.

Dates:

  • ONLINE via Zoom: Jan 12 & 14 (daily 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm)
  • OFFLINE / in-person: Jan 18 (10:00 am to 4:300 pm)

The clinic will lead to the following outcomes for the participants.

  • Appreciation the role of Stretching and Mobility
  • Development of skills to assess the flexibility of clients
  • Application of different types of Stretching specific to clients and their goals
  • Planning Stretching sessions for clients with injuries and medical conditions.

It is essential that the attendees have a thorough grounding in exercise physiology, kinesiology and exercise sciences.  They are expected to hold a Level 3 or 4 personal training certification and / or a graduate or post-graduate degree as applicable.

Ujjwal Talluri

He is GĀYO’s National Master Trainer in Strength and Functional Training. Young, experienced he approaches training and teaching with an analytical mind and passion quite unmatched.

Ujjwal is an Engineer turned Fitness Consultant who co-owns Beyond Fitness. A certified personal trainer and Pilates coach, he is a TedX Speaker.

His work can be encapsulated in the following:
