Sonika’s’ professional credentials include –

  • Master’s in Physiology – Medicine, (Dr. SN Medical College of Medicine, Rajjasthan University)
  • Specialist in Fitness Nutrition (ISSA, USA)
  • Bachelor’s in Biology
  • Has co-presented academic papers, published in internationally reputed professional journals.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Sonika taught Physiology in two leading medical colleges – cum – teaching hospitals prior to joining Gāyo Fitness Academy as Head of Faculty. She is also responsible for upgradation of course content in Anatomy & Physiology.
  • Her knowledge in Fitness Nutrition and Clinical Assessments platforms her holistic approach to teaching. She has over six years of teaching experience
