CCSSC is jointly conducted and certificated by GAYO FITNESS ACADEMY, BPCA’s College of Physical Education (Univ of Mumbai) and All-Pro Performance.

Accreditation:
Strength & Conditioning does not fall within the ambit of national or international Registers of Exercise Professionals. India has no S&C organization that can accredit us.

We are in communication with relevant accreditation agencies including EREPS, Brussels.

The CCSSC supports NSCA and ISSA syllabi for the purpose of OFFLINE and intensive practical training as also renewal CEUs.

Prof IAN JEFFREYS

The CCSSC is designed and presented by Prof Ian Jeffreys (UK). He is Visiting Faculty, GAYO FITNESS ACADEMY; President Elect – NSCA (USA) and Co-Founder – UKSCA (UK).

He is connected with our CCSSC in his individual capacity and it has no relation to NSCA or UKSCA.

Prof Jeffreys will teach in the following manner:
– through recorded videos sessions
– offline, physically over 3 to 4 days: “Development of Performance Capacities”. This program will be conducted in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai subject to minimum number of students.

Blended (online + home study + offline)

— Practical Training in BPCACPE, Wadala.
— Prof Ian Jeffreys’ “Development of Performance Capacities”: venue to be decided.

Teaching will be in English, Hindi and Marathi.

TOTAL FEE: ₹55,000 + GST
EMIs Scheme:
– 01 instalment: ₹55,000 + GST
– 02 EMIs: ₹56,500 + GST
– 03 to 05 EMIs: ₹58,000 + GST

b) CCPFT students are eligible for Course Credits for the CCSSC’s Foundation Course phase only – they need not attend the course but will have to submit the exams.

A) Must have passed 10 + 2 years of School Education – that is: high school graduate
B) Must hold –
i) National / International Certification in –
– Fitness Education certification equivalent to Gāyo CCPFT / ISSA / NSCA / NASM / ACE / ACSM / etc., and have minimum three years of training experience
ii) Sports Coaching certificate in IOC recognized Sports or Indian Sports from SAI and / or national / world federations of relevant sport
C) Must be physically fit. Physically Challenged persons can apply if they have exposure to fitness / sport
D) BEFORE EXAMINATION, must attend and be certified in First Aid & CPR with AED

HOME STUDY ASSIGNMENTS:
– Practical Training in various formats: practice execution and its delivery to client – at least 5 to be video recorded (maximum marks 250)
– 3 Case Studies Preparation – in not more than 1,500 words each (maximum marks 200 each)

OFFLINE
– Proctored assessment – 3 Theory MCQs papers (maximum marks 100 each) in –
— Anatomy and Physiology: Exercise and Sports
— Kinesiology and Biomechanics: Exercise and Sports
— General: : Exercise and Sports Nutrition, Psychology, etc.
– Practical Coaching Assessment –
— Presentation of 01 Case Study ( (maximum marks 150)
— Viva Voce (maximum marks 150)
— Teach exercises for conditioning, etc. (maximum marks 150)

Minimum passing: 50% out of 1,200 maximum marks
