Our Advanced Strength Training is an important clinic that is important in many ways:
It introduces the attendees to –
- Theory and Practice of Strength Training
- Correct techniques for executing, teaching and spotting Weight Training exercises and Plyometric drills with the support of about 600 exercise videos
- Principles of biomechanics as applied to these two exercise formats

- Online sessions – both pre-recorded and “live”
