Advanced Strength Training – MUMBAI

Our Advanced Strength Training is an important clinic that is important in many ways:

It introduces the attendees to –

  • Theory and Practice of Strength Training
  • Correct techniques for executing, teaching and spotting Weight Training exercises and Plyometric drills with the support of about 600 exercise videos
  •  Principles of biomechanics as applied to these two exercise formats

The knowledge will be delivered through –

  • Online sessions – both pre-recorded and “live”
  • Intensive, practical sessions in in-person gym environment.

Strength Training is not just weight training in isolation but supplemented with plyometrics.

It is the foundation of all physical fitness training – both health-related and skills- or sports-related.

Dates:

  • ONLINE via Zoom: Nov 21, 25 and 27 (daily 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm)
  • IN-PERSON: Nov 23 and 30 (10:00 am to 4:300 pm)

Fee includes –

  • ISSA CEUs – fee extra: ₹1,000
  • REPS UAE – 16 CPDs certificate – conditions apply

Fee must be paid in full before the start of the training workshop.

Fee does not include meals / refreshments and / or accommodation.

This course is part of the syllabus of our Personal Trainer course which is approved by REPS UAE for 16 CPDs and is Level 4 European Standards – EREPS, Brussels.
