Conducted by GĀYO FITNESS ACADEMY, this introductory workshop is designed to introduce fitness professionals to the wonderful world created by Joseph Pilates.
We reiterate that there are 16 types of fitness goals that can be achieved through a permutation and combination of eight training modalities. Body weight training is one of these eight. Pilates falls within this category.

Please note that this Pilates on Mat Basics course is not a Pilates Teacher training course. It introduces the student to the Philosophy of Joseph Pilates, the principles of Pilates Exercises and about 20 foundation exercises.
This workshop – Module 2.10 – is only for students who are enrolled to the CCPFT.
