If you are a personal trainer wanting to widen the “market” by training in group settings, the SGF is the perfect choice. Personal trainers ought to charge fees on basis of training time, not on basis of clients. Time is money! SGF will enable you to train more clients together in one training session. Practical, easy to understand. Is very well supported by post-enrolment academic guidance and mentoring by both ISSA and Gāyo Fitness Academy, at no additional cost.
